All levels welcome. This is a gentle flow style class. Participants are encourged to listen to their bodies and move mindfully through the poses. Specific modifications and extra encouragement for those new to yoga.
This is a safe and supportive space where people practice at their own pace and benefit from an end-of-the-week stress reduction that prepares them for the weekend.
Please bring your own mat as only limited loaner mats are available.
