CO-VID19 Pandemic Response

Due to the CO-VID19 pandemic response, my weekly yoga classes, any upcoming gatherings of Yoga for Grief, Sound Baths and Mindfully Mortal workshops will be held online until further notice.  Please see my hOMe page for current offerings.  

And, all in person classes are cancelled until further notice and I do hope you will consider joining me in one of my weekly yoga classes (see above).

Location:  The State Building in Downtown Oakland   1515 Clay Street Oakland, CA 94612

All levels welcome.  This is a gentle flow style class.  Participants are encourged to listen to their bodies and move mindfully through the poses.  Specific modifications and extra encouragement for those new to yoga.  
This is a safe and supportive space where people practice at their own pace and benefit from an end-of-the-week stress reduction that prepares them for the weekend.  

Please bring your own mat as only limited loaner mats are available.
